Shipping & Returns
We prefer to ship all items using USPS Priority Mail because of the tracking capability available to purchasers. However, for selected destinations, the USPS First-Class Package option is also available.
Unfortunately, at this time we are only able to ship to the United States, Japan and other selected international destinations. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you wish to inquire about other destinations.
Please note that you are responsible for any custom, duty, taxes, or other charges applicable to your jurisdiction.
We want you to enjoy your purchase. Therefore, if any item does not meet your expectations when you receive it, we will gladly refund the purchase price (including what we charged you for shipping) to you under the following circumstances:
- You inform us within 3 days of receipt that you wish to return the item.
- The item is unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- The item is in its original packaging with original tags affixed.
We will then email you instructions on where to send the returned item. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover the cost of shipping the returned item to us. We recommend that you insure the shipment and use a shipping method that provides tracking. When we receive the item, we will promptly process a refund credit based on your original payment method.
